| Also
Los Altos de Sucre got good reputations by its coffee plantations
at the end of the 18th century. It was so well-known that it was
also appreciated by the Spanish on the other side of the Atlantic
Ocean where its excellent quality was awarded. Today there is no
more big business in planting coffee but of course you can still
enjoy the local grown and treated coffee in one of our haciendas. |

other tourist services and the craft industry, because of its unique
situation between Caribbean coast and tropical rainforest.
